In the video, we used a S&D Rex Tool and locking pliers to complete a cylinder removal on a door equipped with panic hardware. Secure the locking pliers onto the cylinder and hammer the Rex onto the pliers. You can also use an axe or halligan to secure the Rex tool onto the vice grips.
